- Tool bugs — a server that tests as failed but works in your app (or vice versa), UI glitches, browser-specific behavior. Please include your browser and OS version.
- Article corrections — WebRTC moves fast. If a config option, browser behavior, or price we cite is out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.
- Topic suggestions — what should the next deep-dive cover?
- Feature requests — export formats, additional diagnostics, anything useful.
We read everything and usually reply within a few days.

Please never include TURN credentials or other secrets in an email. If you're reporting a
problem with a credentialed server, describe the symptom and the server software (for example coturn
version and the relevant turnserver.conf lines with secrets redacted) — that's enough for
us to help.
